Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Interior Design Sales role based in Fort Myers, FL. The Interior Design Sales Associate will assist clients by offering personalized interior design consultations, creating tailored solutions that merge style and functionality, and showcasing the company’s luxurious furniture and design collections. The day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand their design preferences and needs, maintaining product knowledge, closing sales to achieve performance goals, and working closely with the design and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in interior design principles and furniture selection to create personalized design recommendations.
- Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work alongside clients, team members, and vendors effectively.
- Ability to stay informed about current design trends and new product offerings in luxury home furnishings.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and clients efficiently.
- Previous experience in furniture sales or interior design is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with retail and showroom operations is a plus.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
