Duties/Responsibilities:
Heavy phone calls
Receiving and processing orders from customers
Assigning drivers and trucks to specific routes and deliveries
Monitoring drivers' progress and ensuring on-time delivery
Communicating with customers, drivers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues
Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, driver hours, and other relevant information
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Must be able to follow safety procedures and work effectively in a high-pressure environment.

- The ability to work well in a team.

Education and Experience:
