Robar Enterprises is hiring a dynamic and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in the construction industry. This is a position that will play a key role in our financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. The successful candidate will be responsible to manage and process client billing, track outstanding invoices and ensure timely collections and cash application; oversee multi-entity aging reports for accuracy including related party transactions; generate comprehensive financial reports and statements including detailed cash flow and accounts receivable KPIs; support month end close processes, cash management and financial reporting; use excel to organize and analyze financial data.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of progressive experience in AP/AR, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in using the Epicor Kinetic accounting system
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation process
- Experience with managing multiple entities
- Strong understanding of GAAP, accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Bachelor degree in accounting preferred
