We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team of caregivers providing weekend home health care services to our clients in the Ballwin, Missouri area. Responsibilities:
- Provide home health care services to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship
- Collaborate with the RN Services Private Duty Care team to create personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation duties as needed
- Assist clients with medication management and administration (as trained)
- Document client information and progress in a timely and accurate manner
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1 years of experience in healthcare or a related field
- Ability to work weekends, including Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and transfer clients as necessary
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competitive hourly rate of $20-21 per hour
