Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, personalized care to clients in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs)
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each client
- Assist clients with medication management, ambulation, and mobility
- Perform light housekeeping and assist with meal preparation and household chores
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care coordination
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field; certified nursing assistant (CNA) or home health aide (HHA) certification a plus
- Ability to efficiently and safely assist clients with ADLs and IADLs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients' homes
- Committed to maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor at all times
- Competitive hourly rate: $20-21 HOURLY
