RN Services Private Duty Care
$45-$50 hr, depending on experience/availability
RN Services is a locally owned and managed company in the St Louis area for over 28 years. We service high-end clients with post-operative surgical and post-operative cosmetic care, and are seeking individuals to assist with their successful recovery. A compassionate, dependable, team-oriented RN to provide private care under the direction of the client, physician, and RN case manager.
Currently staffing RNs with availability for overnight shifts.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing and is currently licensed as an RN in the state of Missouri with working knowledge of professional standards and principles.
- Minimum of five years of nursing experience
- Current experience and Comfortable with IVs / IV therapy
- Complies with all state and local regulations and accreditation standards, including current CPR certification.
- Licensed driver with a clean driving record and adheres to RNS’ Vehicle Safety Program.
- A vehicle that is insured and is in good working order.
- Cellphone with Internet and texting capabilities and cell phone skills
- Access to RNS’s email.
- Complete all physical and mental demands, which may include, but not be limited to the following: the ability to transfer clients, carry supplies, stand, walk, use hands, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and speak effectively. Corrected vision and hearing within normal range..
- Under the direction of the client/client's family, assesses environment and determines and records the client's needs. Continually work with the client and physician to evaluate the effects of care given/regularly reevaluate the client's needs.
- Complies with RNS’ policies and procedures, including standards of conduct and work ethics, dress code, and HIPAA.
- Serves as a liaison between the client and other health care professionals.
- Has excellent writing and charting skills and prepares reports promptly.
- Possesses ingenuity to handle medical and situational emergencies.
- Is self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
Salary : $45 - $50
