Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment
- Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, buffing, carpet cleaning, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests promptly and courteously
- Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed rigorously to promote health and safety standards
- Support custodial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition
- Assist with housekeeping management duties when required, including scheduling and inventory control for cleaning supplies
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial background preferred
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures or hospitality industry experience is a plus
- Competence in operating cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards across all areas
