Duties
- Welcome and assist guests during late-night hours, providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and account settlements efficiently and accurately
- Oversee reservation systems, ensuring all bookings are correctly processed and updated in real-time
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to foster positive guest relations
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, room charges, and billing records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV footage, conducting safety checks of the premises, and controlling access to the hotel facilities
- Answer multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and providing information as needed
- Prepare detailed shift reports documenting activities, incidents, and any irregularities for management review
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a significant advantage for communicating with diverse guests
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professional phone etiquette
- Experience working in a resort or hotel environment is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to manage cash handling, billing accuracy, and financial audits with precision
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
