Responsibilities

- Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and suppliers to secure favorable terms while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Upsell additional services such as premium packages, upgrades, or special amenities to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Lead marketing efforts for events through targeted campaigns, social media promotion, and community outreach to attract diverse clientele.
- Manage budgets for events ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality; track expenses and optimize resource allocation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams including catering, banquet staff, and hospitality personnel to deliver flawless events aligned with client expectations.
- Maintain detailed records of contracts, event logistics, guest feedback, and financial transactions for reporting purposes.
