Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks, such as sweeping, cleaning, dusting and stocking supplies.
- Keep the facility in clean and orderly condition.
- Remove trash from all areas
- Floor tech experience - Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and buffing floors for commercial buildings.
- Cleaning in offices, group rooms, restrooms, etc.
- Vacuums and spot clean carpets
- Utilizes detergents, disinfectants, polishes, finishes, etc.
- Moves furniture and equipment as required
- Assist with meeting set-up and tear down
- Performs other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Custodial workers must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees.
- Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions and be able to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.
- Two plus years of custodial/janitorial experience
- Experience with hand and power tools a plus
- Valid driver's license
