Position Overview: As an RBT, you will play a key role in supporting individuals during crisis situations, implementing behavior strategies, and fostering a safe and structured environment focused on healing and skill-building.
Location/Schedule:
750 Hazel Street, Macon, GA Monday-Friday and Every Other Weekend -7pm7am.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior support plans to encourage positive behavioral change.
- Model ABA-based intervention techniques for staff.
- Track and document behavioral data to measure progress and guide treatment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Certified as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health or with individuals with IDD.
