Position Overview:
The Crisis Service Workers is a vital role, you will provide immediate support to adults experiencing behavioral health crises in a community setting—helping stabilize individuals and connect them to the services they need. This is a 24/7, 365-days-a-year service that makes a real difference in the lives of those we serve. The hourly wage is $14.35.
Location/Schedule:
179 Hidden Hills Road, Milledgeville, GA - Monday - Friday- 3pm-11pm and every other weekend or Friday/Saturday/Sunday 9pm-9am.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor client behavior, report progress, and intervene in crisis situations using approved Mindset de-escalation techniques.
Provide individualized support and guidance to clients based on assessed needs.
Document all interactions and services provided in client/unit records promptly and accurately.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid Georgia driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
