The Crisis Service Workers is a vital role, you will provide immediate support to adults experiencing behavioral health crises in a community setting—helping stabilize individuals and connect them to the services they need. This is a 24/7, 365-days-a-year service that makes a real difference in the lives of those we serve.
Location/Schedule:
179 Hidden Hills Road, Milledgeville, GA - Monday - Friday- 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am and some weekends.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor client behavior, report progress, and intervene in crisis situations using approved Mindset de-escalation techniques.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to clients based on assessed needs.
- Document all interactions and services provided in client/unit records promptly and accurately.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid Georgia driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
