Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously while maintaining excellent time management skills to ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving practices, especially in nightlife or nightclub settings.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service when applicable, including catering or banquet events, ensuring seamless coordination.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for order processing and sales tracking.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and food handling procedures to ensure guest safety.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while providing exceptional customer service.
- Experience in retail math, basic math skills, and cash handling to accurately process transactions.
- Familiarity with brewing techniques or hospitality industry standards is a plus.
