Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and attentive Waiter to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities, including recommending wine pairings or specialty dishes.
• Monitor guest needs throughout their visit, responding promptly to requests for additional items or assistance.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety protocols.
• Support team members by bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and assisting in food preparation or kitchen support when needed.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and billing.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy service hours.
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales while ensuring guest satisfaction.
