What are the responsibilities and job description for the Treat Team Member position at Rita's Italian Ice?
Rita's of the Point Pleasant is currently seeking individuals who are committed to exceptional customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make all Rita’s treats and serve customers with a smile
- Provide customers with a level of service beyond their expectations while showing sensitivity to their individual needs
- Complete daily cleaning tasks and checklists, ensuring workstations are sanitized, organized and sufficiently stocked
- Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines
- Work hard and have FUN while doing so!
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- A team player with attention to detail
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Enforce Health Department Regulations
- Ability to lift and/or carry at least 30 lbs.
- Available to work various days, nights, weekends and holidays
PREFERRED:
- At least 16-years-old with reliable transportation
- Familiarity with the Rita’s treats

* All candidates will undergo a paid, two week trial to determine the ideal candidates
