Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Treat Team Leader to spearhead our training, inventory management , and event planning. In this role, you will help lead a dedicated group of Treat Team Members to deliver super services for our guests. Your leadership will ensure that safety standards are maintained, operations run smoothly, and team member satisfaction remains at the forefront. This position offers an exciting opportunity to assist our Shop Leader and manage a team while fostering a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team to serve guests,
- Coordinate daily schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to meet operational goals
- Conduct quality checks on treats, equipment, inventory, and more to ensure high standards are maintained
- Train team members on proper use of equipment, safety procedures, and best practices
- Maintain detailed records of shift logs, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance
- Communicate effectively with guests to address questions or concerns
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policy
Requirements
- Prior leadership experience
- Knowledge of management techniques
- Hands-on experience with training or coaching
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for record keeping and reporting
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
