yWe are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support advanced manufacturing operations by developing, optimizing, and verifying CNC programs for Fanuc, Siemens, and Okuma machine controls. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, Siemens NX, and Esprit 2000, along with CNC verification software like Vericut
.This role requires hands-on expertise in macro programming, process optimization, machining of large and complex components, and supporting high-precision manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to improve machining efficiency, quality, safety, and overall production performance
.Key Responsibilitie
- sDevelop, modify, and maintain CNC programs using Mastercam, Siemens NX, Esprit 2000, or similar CAM software
- .Program multi-axis milling, turning, and grinding operations
- .Verify CNC programs using Vericut before production release
- .Provide CNC programming support to Manufacturing Engineers and production teams
- .Train machine operators during new equipment installations and process improvements
- .Troubleshoot CNC programming issues and provide daily shop floor support
- .Support tooling and fixturing requirements for CNC machining operations
- .Develop and maintain work instructions and CNC process documentation
- .Create inspection documentation and standard operating procedures
- .Establish tooling consumption standards and inventory requirements
- .Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost
- .Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- .Communicate technical information clearly with engineering and production personnel
.Required Qualification
- sBachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution O
- RHigh School Diploma/GED with at least 2 years of manufacturing or operations experience
- .Minimum of 2 additional years of experience in manufacturing or operations
- .Hands-on CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment
- .Experience machining large and complex components
- .Strong understanding of CNC programming, verification, and troubleshooting
.Preferred Qualification
- sExperience with Lean Manufacturing principles
- .Proficiency with Mastercam, Siemens NX, Esprit 2000, Inventor, NX, or other 3D modeling software
- .Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
