Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $105,000–$115,000 per year

Starting Bonus: $10,000 first-year bonus

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; no weekends, on-call, or holidays

Job Summary
The Palliative Nurse Practitioner collaborates with care teams to manage and deliver patient care plans in community and facility settings, supporting patients and families through high-quality palliative care services in the Mechanicsburg area.
Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the care team

Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Nursing
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- At least 1 year of experience in hospice, palliative care, or home health
- Active Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner licenses in Pennsylvania
- Valid AHA BLS or ACLS certification
Ideal Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing
- Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing
- Five years of clinical experience
- Experience in community-based home health or hospice/palliative care
