Base Salary: $120,000–$126,000/year — Based on experience and qualifications

Job Summary
Join the Scheduling & Dispatch Leadership Team of a multi-base Part 135 operator and take the helm on both Crew and Aircraft Scheduling. The environment is demanding and dynamic—success here requires strategic instincts, operational grip, and the ability to make sharp calls as conditions shift in real time.
Key Responsibilities

Grow and guide a team of Scheduling Supervisors and schedulers; anchor the team in a culture where accountability, collaboration, and strong service delivery are non-negotiable

Take full charge of hiring, onboarding, training quality, performance management cycles, and career development discussions for every team member

Execute daily crew and aircraft scheduling across the full network of operating bases; squeeze every bit of productivity from fleet and crew resources

Keep schedules tight for full-time, part-time, and on-call staff; respond to seasonal demand surges and coverage holes before they become operational problems

Complete bi-weekly payroll for the scheduling team accurately and on time

Lock in alignment with Sales, Service, Dispatch, and Operations leadership so that crew and aircraft availability stays matched to what customers actually need

Reinforce SOP compliance across every workflow; contribute actively to SMS reviews and operational data discussions that keep the operation sharp

Scrutinize scheduling processes on an ongoing basis; push through policy and procedure updates the moment the operation outgrows the current approach

Lay down clear KPIs; run performance improvement work that moves the numbers and builds team capability at the same time
Minimum Requirements

3–5 years of direct experience as a Scheduling Manager or Dispatch Supervisor in Part 135 charter operations (required)

Verified experience across both Crew Scheduling and Aircraft Scheduling functions

Deep working knowledge of crew legality frameworks and charter fleet utilization practices

Hands-on experience with aviation scheduling software in an operational environment

Proficient across the Microsoft 365 suite

Exceptional communicator who juggles competing priorities without losing the thread on any of them
Ideal Qualifications

FAA Dispatch License (preferred, not required)
