We are currently seeking a Senior Recruiter to play a key role in advancing our recruiting success. This position requires a strong, relationship‑driven recruiter who brings a data‑informed mindset, deep sourcing expertise, and the ability to consistently deliver high‑quality placements.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and recruit top‑tier Finance, Accounting, and IT professionals
- Leverage multiple recruiting channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking events, and Ringside Talent’s internal database
- Build and maintain a strong, engaged candidate pipeline through continuous networking and market outreach
- Conduct in‑depth screening interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural alignment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach through offer negotiation and placement
- Build long‑term relationships with candidates to support engagement, retention, and future placements
- Act as a trusted career advisor, offering guidance on market trends, resume optimization, and interview preparation
- Conduct post‑placement follow‑ups to ensure successful candidate transitions and long‑term satisfaction
- Partner closely with Business Development Managers to understand client needs and align recruiting strategies accordingly
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of recruiting experience in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition (Finance, Accounting, or IT recruiting experience strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of full‑cycle recruiting and advanced sourcing techniques
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems such as PC Recruiter, Bullhorn, or similar platforms
- Proven ability to build consultative relationships with both candidates and clients
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
