Our client is seeking a Director of BI & Data to lead business intelligence, data analytics, and reporting strategy across the organization. This role is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, building scalable BI solutions, and partnering with leadership to support data‑driven decision‑making. The position is hybrid, based in Cleveland, Ohio.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the organization’s BI and data analytics strategy, vision, and execution
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions
- Partner with executive and business leaders to translate data into actionable insights
- Establish data governance, standards, and best practices to ensure data quality and consistency
- Guide the evolution of data platforms, tools, and reporting frameworks
- Lead, mentor, and develop BI and data teams
- Prioritize analytics initiatives based on business impact and strategic goals
- Collaborate with IT, finance, operations, and product teams to align data solutions
- Communicate insights, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership
- Drive continuous improvement in analytics, reporting, and data maturity
