Our client is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to play a critical role within the finance organization, with direct exposure to senior leadership and the executive team. This position is part of a long‑term succession plan, offering a clear pathway toward C‑Suite leadership for the right individual. The role is hybrid, based in Marysville, Ohio.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities across the organization
- Develop and deliver executive‑level financial analysis, insights, and recommendations
- Partner closely with executive leadership to support strategic decision‑making
- Build and maintain financial models supporting long‑term growth initiatives
- Analyze performance trends, KPIs, and variances, translating data into actionable insights
- Support business cases for investments, capital projects, and strategic initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting
- Mentor and develop FP&A or finance team members as the function evolves
- Participate in enterprise‑level planning tied to succession and leadership continuity
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 8 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience
- Prior experience leading complex forecasting and strategic analysis
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively with executive leadership
- Experience operating in a growth‑oriented or evolving organization
- MBA, CPA, or CFA a plus, but not required
- Demonstrated leadership potential and readiness for expanded responsibility
