Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial accounting systems to ensure accurate recording and reporting of plant financial data
- Monitor plant expenditures and analyze variances to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard plant assets and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and identify areas for cost reduction or process improvement
- Prepare regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into plant performance
- Collaborate with management to analyze financial trends and forecast future financial performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Sound understanding of plant operations
- Ability to team with a variety of people to achieve business objectives
- Ability to be an effective driver of issues throughout the operation
- Thrives in a high-paced, dynamic environment
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
