Are you an experienced accounting leader in manufacturing? We’re hiring a Controller (Hybrid in West/Southwest Columbus, OH) for our client to lead accounting operations, manage a team, and drive financial strategy using Oracle and SAP.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee accounting operations and month-end/year-end close.
- Ensure GAAP compliance and accurate financial reporting.
- Implement internal controls and accounting policies.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Mentor and manage accounting team members.
- Collaborate with leadership on financial strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- CPA strongly preferred; manufacturing industry experience required.
- Proven management experience in accounting leadership roles.
- Proficiency in Oracle and SAP ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
