We are looking for a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting to work for our client. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities
- As a key member of the Financial Reporting team, assist in preparing the periodic financial statements (Form 10-K and 10-Q), other SEC filings (e.g. 8-K) and internal management reporting packages
- Assist in the development of financial reporting and analysis for use by executive management, Audit Committee, and Board reports
- Set up and maintain the COA, account roll-ups, and reporting structure for compliance with GAAP for consistency and completeness
- Analyze financial statements for variances between the prior quarter and plan
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to optimize the financial reporting process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- 2 years of financial reporting experience
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with strong process orientation and focus on continuous improvement and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
