Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Lead procurement efforts for new and existing products, ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Analyze product profitability, monitor supplier performance, and negotiate favorable terms
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, marketing, and operations to identify sourcing needs and support cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2 years of experience in sourcing, negotiation, and procurement
- Proficiency in SAP and familiarity with sales processes is a plus
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
