We are looking for a Corporate Controller to work for our client. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing all aspects of accounting operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and providing strategic financial leadership to support organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting functions, including financial statements, general ledger, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, budgeting, tax compliance, revenue recognition, and special analyses.
- Review month-end balance sheets, recommend period-end adjustments to the CFO, and enter journal entries.
- Ensure appropriate internal controls and financial procedures across the accounting department.
- Produce annual budgets and forecasts; report significant variances to management.
- Recommend and develop benchmarks to measure company performance.
- File monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with appropriate agencies.
- Perform ad hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 10 years of accounting experience, including leadership roles.
- 8 years of healthcare industry experience required.
- CPA designation required; public accounting experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
