We are looking for an Assistant Controller to work for our client. This role will oversee financial reporting, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support strategic initiatives to drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial reporting close and consolidation process, including preparation of cash flow statements, business unit reviews, and maintenance of internal controls
- Measure, evaluate, and guide company strategies to achieve internal and corporate goals
- Provide financial expertise and oversight to international business unit controllers, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and US GAAP
- Manage month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines
- Develop and implement best practices, procedures, and processes to deliver best-in-class reporting and analysis for senior leadership
- Participate in ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7 years of accounting experience with strong knowledge of financial processes and GAAP compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Salary : $130,000 - $140,000
