We are looking for a Corporate Development Manager to work for our client. This role will lead strategic initiatives, evaluate growth opportunities, and drive mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to support the organization’s long-term objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead corporate development strategy, including M&A transactions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence for potential acquisitions and investments
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and assess growth opportunities aligned with business objectives
- Prepare and present investment proposals, business cases, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Manage deal execution, including negotiations, integration planning, and post-merger performance tracking
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decisions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or related areas
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and strategic analysis
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
