Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day field operations on large-scale construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedule and quality standards
- Lead daily site activities and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
- Assist with project planning, sequencing, logistics, and schedule execution
- Conduct site walks and proactively identify and resolve field issues
- Coordinate inspections, punch list activities, and project turnover
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to project leadership
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, company standards, and safety requirements
- Support construction documentation, reporting, and field coordination efforts
- Foster strong relationships with project teams, subcontractors, and ownership representatives
Requirements
- Experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Foreman, Field Engineer, or related construction leadership role
- Ground-up commercial construction experience required
- Data center, mission critical, industrial, advanced technology, healthcare, semiconductor, or other complex project experience highly preferred
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively for project assignments throughout the United States
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field operations
- Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 30 preferred
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software is a plus
