Project Manager

We are currently representing a mechanical contractor seeking a Mechanical/HVAC Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for a driven and detail-oriented professional with prior experience managing mechanical scopes of work, including HVAC and plumbing. Key Responsibilities

• Support all phases of mechanical/HVAC construction projects in coordination with the Senior Project Manager

• Generate and manage RFIs, submittals, and procurement logs

• Order materials and equipment, and track delivery timelines to avoid delays

• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure scope, budget, and timelines are met

• Perform quality control checks to uphold company and industry standards

• Collaborate with field teams, engineers, and other trades on project specifications

• Ensure jobsite safety compliance and adherence to project requirements

• Track project milestones and update internal stakeholders on progress

• Direct field teams and subcontractors as needed to maintain productivity

• Assist with project closeout including training, documentation, and handover

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an APM or PM in mechanical or HVAC construction

• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, safety standards, and project documentation

• Familiar with construction software platforms and Microsoft Excel

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Project management certification a plus
