SummaryWe are representing a growing Design-Build General Contractor seeking a motivated BIM/VDC Coordinator with 2 years of experience supporting virtual design and construction workflows on commercial construction projects.This role is ideal for a technically sharp, collaborative professional who is comfortable working across design and construction teams to develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models throughout the project lifecycle — from design development through construction and closeout.Projects span a range of commercial, institutional, and design-build delivery methods where BIM coordination and clash detection are critical to project success.Key ResponsibilitiesBIM Coordination & ModelingDevelop, manage, and maintain Revit and/or Navisworks models across design and construction phasesPerform clash detection, issue tracking, and resolution coordination with design and trade partnersFacilitate BIM coordination meetings with subcontractors, designers, and project teamsEnsure models are maintained in alignment with project BEP (BIM Execution Plan) standardsDesign-Build SupportCollaborate closely with in-house design teams, architects, and engineers throughout design developmentSupport constructability reviews and design coordination during preconstructionAssist in developing 4D scheduling and model-based quantity takeoffs where applicableMaintain coordination between design intent and field construction requirementsDocumentation & StandardsMaintain organized model files, coordination logs, and clash reportsEnsure BIM deliverables meet owner, project, and company standardsSupport as-built model updates and closeout documentationProject Experience RequiredCommercial Design-Build ProjectsMEP Coordination & Clash DetectionRevit and/or Navisworks Model ManagementPreconstruction BIM Support & Constructability ReviewProjects ranging from $5M – $50M Qualifications2 years of BIM/VDC experience in a General Contractor or Design-Build environmentProficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction CloudWorking knowledge of MEP systems and construction sequencingFamiliarity with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and LOD standardsExperience with Procore and Bluebeam a plusStrong communication and cross-team collaboration skillsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferredCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary based on experiencePerformance-based bonus opportunitiesMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer matchPaid holidays and PTOLong-term growth opportunities within an innovative, design-forward builder
