Also responsible for field connection of powerlines to wellfield transformers and motor control centers to allow for operation of new production areas. Work specified and performed will conform with specifications and requirements for building and safety code regulations in the State of Wyoming.

- Inspect, install, repair, adjust, construct, modify, calibrate, program, and wire all electrical and electronic apparatus, devices, and circuits of any voltages in the plant or assigned area
- Assist in the design and service of all types of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, electro-mechanical, radio controlled equipment
- Work with any type of integrating, indicating, or graphic electrical, electronic, or mechanical instruments and control equipment
- Ensure all equipment performs at par with safety and OEM specifications
- Work in normal manufacturing environment conditions
- Work a rotating shift schedule which may require overtime
- Lift materials and product up to 30 pounds
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, work boots, and hardhats
- Loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted
- Electrical certification or technical degree with at least 5 years experience in industrial electrical maintenance & repair preferred
- Ability to read (in English) operating and maintenance instructions, procedure/equipment manuals, and electrical/mechanical schematic drawings
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence (in English)
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers (in English)
- Spanish as a second language beneficial but not required
- Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers
- Knowledge of general manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery
- Knowledge of word processing, development, design, internet, order processing, and project management software
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, and Level I and II communication systems
- Understand ladder logic and possess advanced troubleshooting skills with equipment software language
- Previous experience with Allen-Bradley and Siemens equipment preferred but not required
- Able to work with a flexible or rotating schedule, which may require overtime
- Read, write, and speak English clearly and effectively
- Maintain a good working relationship with operating personnel to maximize equipment reliability and uptime
- Responsible for the electrical maintenance of machinery and equipment within the facility
- Analytically troubleshoot and resolve electrical malfunctions back to OEM specifications
- Routinely check the performance of electrical equipment
- Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and process work orders
- Ensure a clean and safe work area and follow all PPE policies and safety rules
- Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and job safety analysis (JSAs)
- Attend and participate in Line-Out meetings to communicate daily activities between maintenance shift crews
- Make necessary equipment repairs during the shift to maintain equipment availability for production
- Complete maintenance shift reports and corresponding paperwork
- Participate in production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers as it pertains to equipment reliability and availability
- Perform required daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual check sheets as established by the maintenance department and OEM suppliers
- Prepare reports, forms, records, and related paperwork for assigned area
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: College degree
- Completion of IADC Rigpass, SafeLand, or Expand Energy approved equivalent orientation required
- Location: Mansfield, LA
- Pay: $56/hr (W2)
- Schedule: M-F, with on call rotation
- Company truck and tools provided
- 6 month contract
