The position collaborates with business unit colleagues and leadership to document value cases, refine requirements, gather user feedback, and coordinate with digital resources to build, deliver, and train users on digital solutions. The role also supports data foundation efforts to enable self-serve analytics, develops and maintains analytics assets, and drives digital fluency across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Lead execution of digital and process improvement opportunities through the pipeline to solution delivery
- Collaborate with business unit colleagues and leadership to document value cases, refine requirements, and collect user feedback
- Coordinate with other digital resources to build, deliver, and train users on digital solutions
- Execute data foundation efforts with IT to enable self-serve analytics for GLS
- Develop visualizations and reports using Power BI and maintain GLS analytics workspaces
- Drive digital fluency by delivering training and support for common productivity tools
- Develop and lead a digital citizen community
- Partner with enterprise IT to leverage digital expert resources
- Make recommendations to simplify work and improve efficiency across digital platforms
- Step in to lead initiatives and support long-term strategic planning
- Technical expertise in digital platforms used for productivity and data automation: Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, AI Builder, VS Code/GitHub
- Technical expertise in data management platforms: SharePoint, Azure file share
- Technical expertise in opportunity/portfolio management tools: Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Familiarity with Sample Manager is a plus
- Self-starter with the ability to learn new tools and identify fit-for-purpose applications
- Strong rapport-building skills and clear communication
- Technical aptitude to understand how technology integrates with people and organizations
- Knowledge in coding preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, data analytics, business information systems, or business management preferred
- 2–4 years of experience required
