This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Systems Analyst. Located in San Ramon, CA, this role allows for some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business systems and requirements, conducting systems analysis, and developing solutions to improve operational efficiency. Day-to-day tasks will include gathering and documenting business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, performing data analysis, and providing insights to drive business decisions.
- Proficiency in Business Systems Analysis, Systems Analysis, and Business Analysis
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating business processes and data
- Experience in gathering and documenting Business Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus
