You will be responsible for working in the field with other teams to perform repairs, perform preventative maintenance on existing equipment.

Position Description
We are seeking a highly-motivated, mechanically inclined Compressor Station Operator with a growth mindset who enjoys a dynamic, hands on, field-based work environment. You will be responsible for working in the field with other teams to perform repairs, perform preventative maintenance on existing equipment.
- Mechanical Compressors: Inspect coolant, engine, compressor, and hydraulic oil levels. Check fire loop pressure, discharge temps, exhaust temps, and for leaks or alarms. Inspect fan blades, belts, bolts, and valves.
- SWD Pumps: Verify auto mode, containment levels, sump pumps, thrust chamber oil, and skid for leaks/vibration.
- VRUs: Check alarms, oil levels, pressures, and for leaks.
- LACT Skid: Confirm no alarms, inspect oil levels and skid for leaks/vibration.
- NGL Skid: Check seal pot oil levels, leaks, and vibrations.
- Air Compressors: Check alarms, oil levels, skid leaks, building temperature, louvers, and auto drain functionality.
- Process Inlet/Pigging Headers: Inspect and drain headers, sight glasses, and valve alignment.
- Slug Catchers: Check sight glasses, SCADA levels, and drain points.
- Inlet Coalescers: Inspect dump valves, sight glasses, SCADA levels, and drain points.
- SDV Panels: Verify air alignment and auto-lock positions.
- Fuel Gas Skid: Inspect dumps, sight glasses, coolant levels, heaters, and valves.
- Day Tanks: Verify levels, pressure, and containment.
- Glycol Skid: Check scrubber levels, glycol pumps, day tank levels, burners, and BTEX operation.
- Flare System: Inspect knockout levels, pump operations, blowers, pilots, and sweep gas rates.
- Tank Farm: Check for leaks, blanket gas pressure, containment levels, and tank levels.
- Sump Pumps: Inspect tank levels and pump operations.
- LP3/HP3: Check sight glasses, LCVs, and pressure levels.
- Methanol Pumps: Verify operation rates and inspect for leaks.
- MCCs/PDCs: Check for alarms, bypassed devices, and cooling systems.
- Understanding of the oil and gas industry.
