Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category strategies
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives
- Manage supplier performance and relationships
- Draft and negotiate contractual agreements
- Monitor contract compliance
- Coordinate with Wells Abandonment technical teams
- Prepare management presentations and reports
- Lead bid evaluations and negotiations
- Implement process improvements
- Drive total cost of ownership optimization
Skills and Qualifications:
- 7 years strategic sourcing experience
- Experience developing category strategies
