Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and demonstrate proficiency in various technical areas, including electrical systems, mechanical knowledge. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the smooth operation of our facilities while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain parking lots and grounds.
- Must be able to do drywall,painting,different types of flooring and minor plumbing such as unclogging tubs,sinks,changing shower heads,faucets ect.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a strong mechanical background.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Must have 2 yrs minimum maintenance experience. Hotel maintenance is a plus.
- Must have valid driver's license and own transportation.
- Must be able to be on call in case of emergencies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
