Order Picking & Warehouse Fulfillment Associate

Rightstone is looking for an Order Picking & Warehouse Fulfillment Associate in Irving, TX. The pay rate is $18/hr. for a 3-month contract with a strong opportunity for permanent hire based on performance. 

In this role, you will be a key member of the Wire Department’s evening operations. You will be responsible for the high-volume picking, staging, and replenishment of customer orders in a fast-paced, productivity-driven environment. This position requires the operation of heavy machinery (Reach Truck) and a commitment to completing daily order cycles, which includes mandatory overtime until the day's work is finished. 

What you will do  

• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with 100% accuracy using RF scan guns. 
• Operate heavy machinery, specifically Reach Trucks, to pull stock and replenish inventory. 
• Meet and exceed high-volume daily productivity goals (200 orders per shift). 
• Manage the replenishment of the wire department to ensure smooth morning operations. 
• Use handheld inventory devices to track real-time stock levels and rectify discrepancies. 
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering strictly to company safety policies and PPE requirements. 
• Perform consistent physical labor, including lifting and moving materials weighing up to 50 lbs. 
• Stay on task during extended shifts to ensure all daily orders are completed before clocking out. 

What we’re looking for 

• Must be 21 years of age or older. 
• Proven experience operating a Reach Truck or similar heavy warehouse machinery. 
• Previous experience in order picking, fulfillment, or wire department operations is highly preferred. 
• Proficiency with RF scanners and digital inventory management systems. 
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs consistently throughout a 10-hour shift. 
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of the 2nd shift. 
• Flexibility for mandatory overtime (2 PM – 12 AM or until work is completed). 
• Strong attention to detail and a "safety-first" mindset. 
• Required Dress Code: Steel-toe shoes, no shorts, and professional workwear (no tank tops/obscene clothing).
