RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We're looking for an experienced IT Technical Analyst to provide first-level technical support for approximately 400 users across onsite and remote locations in Liberty, MO with $28/hr pay for 1 year contract (temp only). Work Environment: Manufacturing Facility (Office-Based Role)
What You’ll Do
- Provide first-level IT Help Desk support for end users
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and general PC issues
- Diagnose and resolve hardware problems involving laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and peripherals
- Document issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps within the ticketing system
- Escalate complex technical issues when necessary
- Assist with setup, configuration, and basic maintenance of IT equipment
- Support continuous improvement of IT processes and user experience
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office
- Experience working with an IT ticketing system
- Ability to independently manage support requests from simple to complex issues
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
