What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Helper (2nd Shift) position at RightStone?
We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Helper (2nd Shift) in Claremore Oklahoma 74017 with $19.00-$20.00/hr pay depending on experience for a 12 month contract, temp role. This role will support daily operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is responsible for order fulfillment, inventory handling, and maintaining accurate product organization within the warehouse. Requires HS diploma of equivalent with at least 6 months of warehouse experience; forklift experience and SAP knowledge are preferred – APPLY NOW!
Shift: After training, shift will be moved to 2nd shift. Potential overtime or weekends if needed.
- 1st shift (6 AM – 2 PM) - Training 1-2 weeks
- 2nd shift (2 PM – 10 PM) - Regular prod hours
What You’ll Do:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Operate forklift to loading or unloading freight.
- Perform cycle counts and verify inventory accuracy
- Sort and place items in designated locations
- Assist with occasional outdoor tasks as needed
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
Essential Functions:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of warehouse experience
- Must not fear heights as the lift can place them around 20 ft up.
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Basic computer, math, and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights (with safety equipment)
- ERP SAP experience is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
Work Environment
- Temperature-controlled warehouse (A/C and heat)
- Some outdoor duties may be required
