RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Cemetery Services Specialist to help maintain beautiful grounds and provide essential burial and memorial services in Miami, FL with $16/hr pay for a 7 months contract (potential temp to hire opportunity). Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Overtime Available: Must be open to weekends as needed
What You’ll Do
- Perform burial, entombment, and inurnment openings and closings
- Install memorial markers, foundations, and burial containers
- Complete grave maintenance and family service requests
- Prepare burial areas and ensure grounds are clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Fill graves, seed, sod, and restore cemetery grounds
- Operate and maintain landscaping and construction equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance on tools, vehicles, and equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 6 months of experience operating equipment or working in grounds maintenance
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers, contractors, and client families
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
