Rightstone is looking for a Warehouse Operations & Clerk Coordinator in Middle River (Baltimore), MD. The pay rate is $17.50/hr. for an immediate 1-month contract project with a consistent Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM schedule.
In this role, you will join Breakthru Beverage Group, a top-tier North American beverage distributor, serving as the central link between office administration and floor inventory operations. You will be a key person responsible for keeping logistics moving smoothly—handling everything from processing customer orders and managing the product return process to serving as the main point of contact for external facility vendors. This position is an excellent opportunity for an organized, customer-focused professional with great basic PC skills to gain premium corporate logistics experience.
What you will do:
- Perform hands-on inventory management, meticulously tracking inventory levels and coordinating the warehouse product return process.
- Read and interpret customer invoices, work orders, and shipping manifests to determine which beverage products need to be moved, staged, or distributed.
- Accurately assemble customer orders from warehouse stock, securely staging materials on pallets or designated inventory shelves for shipment.
- Act as a primary communication hub—providing top-tier service to vendors, internal employees, and clients via professional emails, phone calls, and in-person greetings.
- Manage operational logistics with multiple facility vendors, including corporate uniform suppliers, vending operations, and cleaning services.
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internal database systems to execute basic administrative reporting, document filing, and data entry.
What we are looking for:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required; this is an excellent entry-level position (no prior warehouse experience required, though a background in retail, hospitality, or office settings is a plus).
- Solid basic computer literacy with working knowledge of standard PC applications (MS Office Suite and email systems).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to use diplomacy, discretion, and problem-solving skills when interacting with external suppliers.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a sharp eye for detail and the comfort level to pivot between desk work and an active, fast-paced warehouse environment.
- A valid Driver's License and the willingness or prior experience operating basic warehouse equipment (like pallet jacks) is preferred but not required.
- A highly dependable professional committed to a stable Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM daytime schedule.
This is a temporary/contract position. While benefits (Health, 401k, PTO) are not provided during the contract period.
