We are looking for dependable, hardworking, and motivated Overnight Material Handlers / Truck Loaders to join our team in Denver, CO 80238. This is a full-time, temporary 1-month contract position offering $23.25 per hour with a consistent overnight schedule. This role offers a predictable workweek with every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off, making it ideal for individuals seeking steady income and long weekends. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where your efforts directly support efficient freight loading and on-time deliveries.
Schedule
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Monday through Thursday
- Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week with a consistent 4-day work schedule
Job Responsibilities
- Hand-load freight into delivery trucks during overnight operations.
- Lift, carry, stack, and organize cases to maximize trailer space and ensure safe transportation.
- Secure freight properly to prevent shifting or damage during transit.
- Work closely with warehouse team members to meet loading deadlines before morning departures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within trailers and loading dock areas.
- Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Perform general material handling and warehouse support duties as assigned.
- Contribute to efficient warehouse operations while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform continuous physical labor throughout a 12-hour shift.
- Comfortable lifting, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work a consistent overnight schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Strong attendance, dependability, and work ethic.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in truck loading, material handling, warehouse operations, or box formatting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
