Inventory Specialist

GL Staffing is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support warehouse inventory accuracy by continuously verifying warehouse locations and ensuring physical inventory matches system records. The objective is to Identify and correct inventory discrepancies before they impact picking activities.

Location: Miami Gardens, FL

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hou

Responsibilities:

• The Inventory Specialist will select and verify warehouse locations.
• Confirm SKU, quantity, material condition, and product mix.
• The Inventory Specialist will compare physical inventory against system records.
• Document inventory discrepancies.
• The Inventory Specialist will Investigate potential causes of discrepancies when possible.
• Initiate inventory adjustments and corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse and inventory control experience- Required
• Ability to accurately verify SKUs, quantities, and product conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify and document discrepancies.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and recordkeeping.
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
