Senior Desktop Support Engineer’s Responsibilities And Duties
- Provide advanced desktop and end-user support across Windows environments
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues for both local and remote users
- Support and maintain Microsoft Office 365 environments
- Assist with basic server administration and support tasks
- Manage and resolve tickets using Jira ticketing system
- At least 5 years of experience in helpdesk support and/or systems administration
- Strong experience with Windows OS and desktop environments
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Intune
- Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing systems
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
- PowerShell scripting experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
