Senior Applications Analyst

Our client is seeking an Application Analyst to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with both clinical and business stakeholders while playing a key role in maintaining critical systems that support day-to-day operations. This is an onsite position based in Westchester County, NY.

Starting at $60/hour.

Application Analyst’s Responsibilities And Duties

• Serve as a subject matter expert within a team of six, providing daily support, troubleshooting, and technical guidance to system users.
• Act as a liaison between clinical and business stakeholders, IT leadership, and software vendors to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of system issues.
• Participate in application upgrades, integrations, and testing initiatives to enhance system functionality and reliability.
• Analyze workflows, identify system optimization opportunities, and recommend best practices for application utilization.
  
  

Application Analyst’s Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in healthcare IT supporting multiple healthcare applications (non-EPIC).
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and application support methodologies.
• Experience with systems such as UKG (Kronos), Workday Financials, and other healthcare-specific platforms.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across clinical and business teams.
