- Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integrations across various platforms
- Collaborate with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable solutions
- Build and maintain reliable data architecture to ensure accuracy, scalability, and performance
- Develop and enforce data governance, quality, and security standards
- Automate workflows for data collection, transformation, and delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL frameworks
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Snowflake, Redshift)
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of data modeling, warehousing, and workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, DBT, Kafka)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
