- Handle a variety of B2C customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls.
- Manage after-sales support while identifying opportunities for upselling additional products.
- Close approximately 10 cases per day, covering a wide range of customer concerns and requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient case resolution.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of product offerings to confidently guide customers through their purchases and post-sale needs.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
