- Define and execute the company’s product strategy in alignment with broader business goals and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to transform strategic vision into a detailed, actionable roadmap with clear performance metrics.
- Oversee go-to-market planning and work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product adoption.
- Enhance the platform’s design and user experience to make it intuitive and accessible for non-technical healthcare users.
- Explore and implement AI-driven innovations that improve product performance, efficiency, and personalization.
- At least 10 years of progressive product leadership experience, ideally within SaaS or technology-driven organizations.
- Demonstrated success overseeing the full product lifecycle — from concept and development through launch and growth.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, customer-centric design, and product monetization strategies.
- Healthcare or healthtech experience preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with AI tools and data-driven applications within software platforms is a plus.
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team building, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic influence.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-informed decisions that drive measurable business results.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience interfacing directly with executive teams and stakeholders.
